• Developed and executed the GTM strategy for a new EVM execution layer, defining the ICP and positioning that grew the developer acquisition funnel.
• Orchestrated a developer hackathon that attracted 397 participants and 74 project submissions, resulting in 10+ dApps deployed to the ecosystem.
